Variation #5 - the Glasgow Laboratory (of grief)
november 28, 2019, 7.30 pm, CCA Theatre, Glasgow
Large ensemble performance work for GIO (Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra) that examines different aspects of tears, grieving, fear of death and our different ways of coping (or not coping) with the feelings around these ideas and thoughts.
It is an open demonstration of the Glasgow Laboratory, with the full orchestra involved in various experiments and lab tests, putting themselves in the roles of lab technicians as well as lab rats...

Variation #3 - Rituals for sale

The new variation is focused around the concept of rituals. Not the official kind, but rather our personal and sometimes secret rituals we perform in order to remember, to keep memories alive, or to grieve as part of a mourning process. Or Perhaps just to amuse ourselves. Rituals for sale is a one act chamber opera for solo voice and electronics.

The shop is open is the fourth variation of SALT, this time a solo for voice, video controlled live electronics and live projection. Fragments of stories form a sounding collage of voices accompanied by sounds of strings, metal pipes and the suttle melting of milk froth.

Variation # 2 - a business of tears
feb 26-28 2016, at Galleri 54, Göteborg
A collaboration with Jesper Norda/Galleri 54 and Tomas Hulenvik. In a combined installation and live performance you will experience a collection of voices, fragments of messages, notes and a shop. A real shop where you pay with important currency. The three artists have created a new version based on the texts and concept by Anne Pajunen. New parts have been added, others have been altered in in close collaborations. Words and voices are in focus this time.
